Cherry Cheescake Dip

This recipe became an instant hit at SerenDIPity 2011 and an overnight success on Pinterest! My sweet friend Lisa Lo (“Li-Lo”) literally whipped this up after opening her kitchen cabinets and seeing what she had available to make a dip for SerenDIPity. Her simple and original dip idea has become famous!
Ingredients
- 1 box of Jell-O Cheesecake Mix
- 1 8-ounce tub of Cool Whip
- 1 21-Ounce Can of Cherry Pie Filling (or any other fruit you choose)
Instructions
- Prepare Jell-O Cheescake mix according to package directions. Stir in Cool Whip. Place cheesecake mixture on desired serving tray and pour cherry pie filing on top. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with graham crackers or another dipper of your choice.
