Dollops of Scripture

One of my greatest joys in writing this little book is having blended His Word in throughout. I am a forever-student of the Bible. I do delight in God’s Word. As my friend, Whitney Capps, says, “You don’t have to be a saint or a scholar to open and read God’s Word.” I am neither a saint (except through His redemption) nor a scholar.  His Word is truth, life and light given for all of us. I thirst for His Word.

I pray that if you are not acquainted with Scripture that you are drawn to open His Word and dip your heart in the streams of living water. If you do know God’s Word but have strayed away from daily devotion time, I pray the Scriptures you read on these pages whet your appetite such that you would thirst for His truths again every day.

If you do not have a Bible, you can read it online at www.blueletterbible.org or www.biblegateway.org. You can also ask your local church for a Bible. If you find yourself unable to get a Bible in your hands, please email me at sharon@seredipitydipsbook.com.
